Format/Partition/Expand Does Not Show New Size of SMI LUN

Symptoms
Expanded 4 LUNs (that had a SMI label) on a Solaris 11 zone.
2 LUNs went from 200 GB to 575.2 GB and 2 LUNs went from 200 GB to 888.5 GB.
format/partition/expand on all 4 of the disks, however, they all show only expanded slice 2 to 511.95.
Current partition table (original):
Total disk cylinders available: 65533 + 2 (reserved cylinders)
