Symptoms

After CDOM reboot, (and guest reboot) the zones in the guest will not boot due to networking issues.

# zoneadm -z UATMXDB02_Z2 boot
zone 'UATMXDB02_Z2': warning: ue.bck501: unable to add network interface: object not found
zone 'UATMXDB02_Z2': error: failed to add network device
zoneadm: zone UATMXDB02_Z2: call to zoneadmd(1M) failed: zoneadmd(1M) returned an error 9 (zone state change failed)

In the CDOM, the following VF interface related messages are reported.
WARNING: failed allocating an alternate MAC address for ldoms-net3.vf4 : err 22, diag 0
WARNING: failed allocating an alternate MAC address for ldoms-net3.vf3 : err 22, diag 0
WARNING: failed allocating an alternate MAC address for ldoms-net3.vf2 : err 22, diag 0
WARNING: failed allocating an alternate MAC address for ldoms-net5.vf4 : err 22, diag 0

Changes

use "ldm set-io" command to set alt-mac-addrs with numeric MAC addresses instead of "auto" in the VF of the SR-IOV.
