User Is Unable to Download RTP from Saved Calls

When a call is saved in OCOM using the "saved calls" function, upon downloading the PCAP the RTP packets for the call are not present despite the fact that media recording was enabled for the call. The RTP packets are present for the same call's PCAP when the call is opened from the Calls page directly and not via "saved calls".
