Goal

This is a Solaris 10 SPARC server with two Oracle FC HBAs connected to the SAN to access an IBM Storage array.

Similar issues have been reported with servers running Solaris 11 attached to Hitachi asymmetric storage arrays or configurations where the Global-Active Device (GAD) feature of Hitachi Storage Virtualization is in use.

Server is getting "ASC: 0x25" logged in /var/adm/messages repeatedly on various LUNs from IBM storage array.
