Any hanging NFS mount in Solaris 10 can prevent zone shutdown from completion

Symptoms
In Solaris 10, zone shutdown can fail if there is any on-going NFS mount that is hung.
The hanging NFS mount can be in global zone or within the same zone or in another unrelated zone.
When this issue happen, zone_shutdown thread will hang in block_mounts with the following stack
