 Setup of Oracle Linux print server
 Check available package for CUPS
 Install package 'cups-lpd'
 Consider to install required PostScript Printer Description (PPD) packages
 Ensure cups has been started
 Test whether the port 631 (IPP) and  port 515 (LPD) are open
 Check the installed printers and scheduler
 You might consider to enable debug_logging to see some more debug messages
 Check logfile  /var/log/cups/error_log
 Check logfile  /var/log/messages
