How to Monitor VQ Collector Feature of OCOM

The VQ Collector process collects the Voice Quality information from the end devices as an active SIP device, thus responding to PUBLISH messages. The goal of this article is to explain on an option how to monitor that the VQ Collector is functioning properly and responding with 200OK messages.
