On : EAGLE 46.0 version, Eagle 5 - STP Production


Problem Summary:
----------------------------
The STP receives a collection of XUDTs (segmented SCCP messages) from MSC/VLR and then forwards to HLR in reverse order.

MSC/VLR -> STP:

Segmentation
1... .... = Segmentation: First: First segment (0x1)
.0.. .... = Segmentation: Class: Class 0 selected (0x0)
.... 0001 = Segmentation: Remaining: 0x1
Segmentation: Source Local Reference: 0x040008
Segmentation
