Solaris 11.3 Panic BAD TRAP - occurred in module "lmrc" due to a NULL pointer dereference (Doc ID 2220324.1)

Symptoms

This is a Solaris 11.3 x86 Oracle Server X5-2L , Aspen-INT (8-Port 12Gbps SAS-3 RAID HBA ) installed on PCI slot 6

After reviewing the data from storcli command, we confirmed that all disks & VDs are normal status and there was no error event in the RAID log.
From the hostconsole.log, we can see that the panic has occurred in "lmrc" module and is the cause of the crash.
