Problem Summary:

Following Issue encountered during HC2/ Upgrade activities.

  1. Createsets command hanged in HC2 – Proc19 for repeatedly showing/ stuck on MUX Group sets (Upgrade Guide Appendix B2)
  2. The display set command hanged in Upgrade before Proc8 with same error.

 

Problem Details:
----------------------
"ACT-UPGRADE:ACTION=CREATESETS" command to create card sets seems to get stuck for HIPRs and kept repeating the following display until the active E5MASP was physically reseated with on-site assistance.

 The same issue encountered prior to upgrade when attempted to display set command “act-upgrade:action=displaysets”: The system hanged again for showing repeated MUX Group Sets.
