Information in this document applies to any platform.
The IO Domain Creation Tool introduced in SuperCluster V2.x has an internal database schema version marker. This marker is updated as necessary during SuperCluster Quarterly Full Stack Download Patch (QFSDP) installation. A coding bug in the version of osc-domcreate upgrade script contained in the Oct 2016 QFSDP sets an incorrect database schema version marker. This can lead to subsequent issues performing operations like IO Domain deployment & destruction using the IO Domain Creation Tool.
SuperClusters installed with V2.x that have, at any point in their lifecycle, upgraded to the version of osc-domcreate in the Oct 2016 QFSDP (pkg://firstname.lastname@example.org,5.11-188.8.131.520:20160822T214042Z) and are using the IO Domain Creation Tool are susceptible.
