Why the sum of the snapshots' 'used' is not 'usedbysnapshots' of a ZFS dataset? (Doc ID 2224194.1)

When looking at zfs list output, the sum of snapshots' USED (used property) does not match the USEDSNAP (usedbysnapshots property) of the dataset.

In the following example, USED of test@snap1 and test@snap2 are 100M and 300M, but the USEDSNAP of the test is 600M.
Where is another 200M?
