Communication problems can occur between EC<>PC and/or PC<>Agent if Ops Center is installed on the following Oracle Solaris 11.3 SRU's (Versions)..
SRU: 220.127.116.11.0 (Version: 0.5.11-0.175.3.14.0.6.0)
SRU: 18.104.22.168.0 (Version: 0.5.11-0.175.3.15.0.4.0)
SRU: 22.214.171.124.0 (Version: 0.5.11-0.175.3.16.0.3.0)
Multiple symptoms have been reported such as jobs failing, etc
The following errors can occur in cacao logs:
There is a Solaris Bug:
Bug: 24943783 - Non-blocking recv gets unexpected EAGAIN error
The bug affected was introduced in Solaris 11.3 SRU 14 and fixed in 11.3 SRU 17
If Ops Center resides on 11.3 SRU 14..15..16, upgrade to at least:
SRU: 126.96.36.199.0 22 (Version: 0.5.11-0.175.3.17.0.5.0)
Restart Ops Center after the OS is upgraded.
NOTE: You may need to restart agents after upgrading the SRU on EC or PC
