Communication problems can occur between EC<>PC and/or PC<>Agent if Ops Center is installed on the following Oracle Solaris 11.3 SRU versions.
SRU: 22.214.171.124.0 (Version: 0.5.11-0.175.3.14.0.6.0)
SRU: 126.96.36.199.0 (Version: 0.5.11-0.175.3.15.0.4.0)
SRU: 188.8.131.52.0 (Version: 0.5.11-0.175.3.16.0.3.0)
Multiple symptoms have been reported such as jobs failing, etc

There is a Solaris Bug:
Bug: 24943783 - Non-blocking recv gets unexpected EAGAIN error
The bug was introduced in Solaris 11.3 SRU 14, and fixed in 11.3 SRU 17
If one of your Ops Center components resides on an affected Solaris 11.3 SRU, upgrade to at least the following version:
SRU: 184.108.40.206.0 22 (Version: 0.5.11-0.175.3.17.0.5.0)
Ops Center will need to be restarted after the OS is upgraded.
NOTE: You may need to restart the agents after upgrading the SRU on the EC and/or the PC
