Goal
This is a simplified guide regarding how to estimate what resources are needed for production OCSM probes running version 3.4.x, and at the same time which technology to use for monitoring (DPDK or MMPCAP)
Note
This guide is targeted only for customer who are currently running standalone OCSM Probes with version 3.3.x (and using Napatech cards for traffic monitoring)
Sizing for MEs and ME+Probes are more complex and require a case-by-case discussion of customer needs. Please refer to your Account Manager or Sales Representative to request hardware sizing for MEs or ME+Probes
