Messages ACK or PRACK Missing Incorrectly in The Flow And Resulting in The Timeouted State

Symptoms

Certain types of messages are missing in OCOM (in the message flow, in Call Details' Messages tab or in downloaded pcap), depending on the sceario:

And the consequent messages are sometimes missing too.

A sample flow of how it could look like (but depending on scenario it may vary):

As well such a call would end after certain time with 'Timed out' State and before while Established the State details showing '200 OK seen, waiting for ACK', as shown on the picture:
