Symptoms
This issue happens under the following circumstances: The Linux host has got OVM 3.4.1 or OVM 3.4.2 installed.
You have a Solaris 11.2 or 11.3 guest installed on the VM.
The system will panic in xnf_tx_clean_ring+cf() with the following messages and stack trace.
