Explorer tool can hang due to zdb -U cachefile -u pool issue (Doc ID 2243527.1)

When this issue happen, explorer collection will hang in zdb -U cachefile -u pool command

For example

The zdb command can be killed using Ctrl-C or kill command since the hang is in not in kernel.
