Solaris Cluster 4.3 SRU4 and SRU5 only, ORCL.ha-zone_sczbt Failover for ZOSS-Zone not Working when Node is Shut Down (Doc ID 2244713.1)

This issue only applies to Solaris Cluster 4.3 SRU4 and SRU5.

Symptoms

A failover-zone configured as "ZOSS" (Zone On Shared Storage) fails to switch to other Solaris Cluster node, when node that is running the resource is shut down.

Failure symptoms in  messages are:

When doing a "crlg switch" of the containing resoure group (both nodes stay up) the resource is failing to the other node with no issues.
