Symptoms
Using Packet Inspector (PI) all signalling data is being captured and can be filtered to be downloaded however not a single RTP packet. Confirming the media IP from the SDP of signalling and filtering for this IP (i.e. 'ip.addr eq X.X.X.X) there is no RTP packet in the result. Further, apart of the Probe dedicated to PI there is another Probe receiving the very same traffic and used for the Signalling and RTP monitoring for purpose of Call and VQ analysis on OCOM it is confirmed that the RTP traffic is seen (there are RTP stats on Media Details for the given calls).
