After upgrading from Secure Global Desktop (SGD) 5.2 to SGD 5.3, some users using non-java plugin browsers (such as Chrome) may report SGD JNLP client fails to start with Exception as below:
After further clarification, the customer may find that the problem does not happen on the clients where the SGD JNLP file has never been downloaded.
