OCSM Related Tools Terminate with Traceback "ImportError: No module named" (Doc ID 2249320.1)

Symptoms

Starting with version 3.4.0.0., when trying to run a OCSM specific tool (such as rat_stats.py, system_layout.py) they end in a Traceback.

Like:

/opt/oracle/ocsm/usr/share/pld/rat/system_layout.py

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/opt/oracle/ocsm/usr/share/pld/rat/system_layout.py", line 11, in <module>
from libpalladion.utils.Config import read_with_pp
ImportError: No module named libpalladion.utils.Config

 or

/opt/oracle/ocsm/usr/share/pld/rat/rat_stats.py


Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/opt/oracle/ocsm/usr/share/pld/rat/rat_stats.py", line 4, in <module>
import zmq
ImportError: No module named zmq
