Exalytics and OBIEE 12c - Scheduler Process "Obisch1" not Starting on New Installation (Doc ID 2251520.1)

Installed OBIEE 12c (version on an Exalytics, or standalone non-Exalytics server.  After install, attempted to start all processes and received errors on the scheduler process.  The logs show messages as shown below.




 New installation of OBIEE 12c.
