Applies to:

Symptoms
Installation of either of these software components in MiniCluster may fail:

The reason for the failure must be investigated in the database installation logfiles. The location of these files can be found in the MCMU log files, which are located either in /var/opt/oracle.minicluster/logs or in /var/opt/oracle.minicluster/setup/logs/.
These logs will list NTP failures as the reason for the failed installation. Common error codes are:

- PRVF-05424: Clock time offset check failed
- PRVF-09655: Query of CTSS for time offset and reference produced invalid output on node "{0}" Output: "{1}"
