2. ip-interface-management is in maintenance

svc:/network/ip-interface-management:default (IP interface management)
State: maintenance since Sat Mar 18 01:10:31 2017

3. "svc:/system/utmp:default" is in maintenance

4. /var/adm/messages is not getting updated
