SL150 - Web Console/GUI Reporting Java Errors - java.lang.NullPointerException ADF_FACES-60097 (Doc ID 2256403.1)

Symptoms

1. When attempting to sort tapes in SL150 web console, get the following error:

java.lang.NullPointerException ADF_FACES-60097: For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096: Server Exception during PPR, #14.

2. Attempting to export tape list from the web console results in a partial list (200 tapes) with last line reading:

Export is incomplete due to error java.lang.NullPointerException

3. Library and robtest from the backup server both report that there are 279 tapes.  NetBackup shows only 228 tapes after running an inventory update.
