MiniCluster: Recovering Account Approval Emails

During initial installation, MiniCluster will send out two emails to the Install Administrator and the Supervisor.   The system relies on the default sendmail configuration to deliver these emails to valid email addresses.  In some cases, this fails and the emails never arrive, although the email addresses are valid and correct.

In such cases, there will be error messages in /var/log/syslog similar to the examples below:
