OKM - KMA List Error: "Debug Assertion Failed!" (Doc ID 2273723.1)

Symptoms

After moving the KMA to another site, "List KMA" option on the OKM GUI is failing with the following error:

The system dump's ListKMA file shows no similar error.
The error above is limited to the OKM GUI display.
