Symptoms
If there are issues / configuration problems in reaching the IPs mentioned in cellip.ora on the compute node and diskmon gets error like below
ERROR

skgxp errors (invalid header in skgxp)
OR
On Exadata we get below errors
ERROR ( On Exadata Storage / Cell )

"RS-7445 [CELLSRV termination failed] [System will be rebooted]
Along with Trace on the CELL shows below
ERROR

Dumping SKGXP connection state: Band 0: port ID - (nil), connection - (nil)
Dumping SKGXP connection state: Band 1: port ID - (nil), connection - (nil)
