Symptoms
LUNS not becoming online after the path reappeared.
Problem Description

There was an storage controller fw upgrade action.
We noticed that after the first SVC node came back online the paths reappeared
Normally, the path and LUNs should come online within a few minutes.
Error Codes
---------------------------------------------------
Feb 4 23:31:51 xxxx fctl: [ID 517869 kern.warning] WARNING: fp(8)::N_x Port with D_ID=a5900, PWWN=500507680c13578d reappeared in fabric
but LUNs did not reappear
Changes
Following storage controller reset due to fw upgrade LUNs not detected.
