zpool degraded and ZFS reports DTL errors via FMA after migration of data to new Storage (Doc ID 2280956.1)

Symptoms

 

When trying to migrate data from an existing zpool to a new zpool/ storage the data in the new zpool might become corrupted if the target system is running Solaris 11.2 or above. 
Solaris 11 versions prior to Solaris 11.2 nor Solaris 10 are affected.

Known scenarios that may trigger the behavior are:
 - migrating a pool to a new storage system via mirroring vdevs and then breaking the mirror
   upon breaking the mirror corruption was detected.
 - migrating zpool(s) to new storage by first attaching a new LUN to the existing vdevs of the zpool and then disconnecting the new LUN.

Attempts to correct the report issues via zpool scrub will not be successful.
