On DSR, When Editing an Existing Default Route, Receive an Error Stating "Cannot Specify a Destination for a Default Route." (Doc ID 2283928.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to edit an existing default route in the Diameter Signaling Router (DSR) Network Operations Administration and Maintenance (NOAM) Graphical User Interface (GUI), an error popup appears indicating "Cannot specify a destination for a default route."

In the edit screen, the field for Destination is already populated with 0.0.0.0 as a destination network address, is grayed out and cannot be changed.
