EPAP GUI : View RTDB Shows Not Connected to PDBA (Doc ID 2288055.1)

One of the non-provisionned EPAP sites in customer network shows PDBA status as "not connected" in  View RTDB section of EPAP GUI. The servers are taking updates and db is all coherent state.

While login to GUI and selecting the view rtdb shows that the "not connected to PDBA" for both the PDB addresses.
