Track Number of Registered Users for a Specific Source IP or Phone Number (Not on Registrar) (Doc ID 2288828.1)

Goal

The goal is to be able have an alert for a KPI that can follow the total number of registration coming from an IP or Phone Number. The available KPIs such as "Registered users" for device are taking into account only Registrations for which the device is a Registrar (so checking only destination IP of the registration). Therefore they cannot be used for the source devices.

Use case - source device is one of the customers of the network. Registrar (=platform device) may receive traffic from multiple sources thus KPI from that device is not usable.
