Information in this document applies to any platform.
To assist with creating a support bundle, to help Oracle Service diagnose an issue with the library.
Support Bundles contain encrypted log files and service login credentials used for fault diagnosis by Oracle service personnel. The library automatically generates a support bundle when it detects a fault. However, you can create a support bundle at any time. The bundle only captures recent data, therefore you should create the bundle as soon as possible after an event occurs.
