Information in this document applies to any platform.
After a recent installation of Secure Global Desktop 5.3, the SGD Administrator may receive reports that users are unable to successfully connect to the application.
In this scenario, the login dialog appears to accept the user's credentials (username and password) but the user's workspace is never rendered. In clients configured to use Java Web Start, the jnlp is never presented, and the client will not start.
Review of the SGD log files (found by default within /opt/tarantella/var/log), will yield the following message captured within the error.log file:
Review of the /opt/tarantella/var/tsp directory confirms that that dhparams.pem does not exist.
