How to Set the New Password for odacli-adm

This command is version dependent so check the proper documentation for the correct syntax.

This note is specific to older versions of the DCS Stack and the workaround should not be needed on 18.3 and higher
* How to set new password or change password for user oda-admin changes between versions but should stable from 18.3 and higher
