The "Newer" or "Older" buttons are grayed out and not able to be selected in Oracle Communications Session Monitor GUI (Doc ID 2308137.1)

When attempting to retrieve Registration data or data from the Calls page the UI's ability to do so appears to be impaired.

For example, if you go to the Registrations page, and click the "Now" button, it displays current registration records, but the "Newer" and "Older" buttons remain grayed out, meaning we cannot navigate forward or backward in time.

Likewise, you are able to click the date-picker button, and enter a specific date. Registration data from the entered timestamp is shown, confirmed by checking the Timestamp column. At this point neither the "Newer" or "Older" button is enabled, and when you can click it. However, after clicking it once, the button is grayed out again and you cannot click it again. The complementary button is active, and lets you return to the first "page" of results. The net result being that you are can toggle between two pages of results, but cannot go any further.
