Goal

BEFORE CONTINUING with the order for a replacement of a 200GB SSD, please ENSURE you have READ and UNDERSTAND the information contained in this document.

Failure to ADHERE to this document WILL result in delays to Customer problem resolution.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: The 200GB SSD (HUSMM1640ASS200 - Oracle Part Numbers  7094120, 7094126 & 7309938) has very LIMITED AVAILABILITY, a replacement 200GB SSD will be provided.

However, the replacement part requires a minimum AK Firmware version of 2013.1.7.0 (OS 8.7.0 or higher) for the ZFS Storage Appliance.

 

Updating your software to the recommended reversion of AK will help to expedite part replacements process.

Please see MOS Document ID 2021771.1 for the latest ZFS Storage Appliance Software Requirements and Updates process.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE:  If the ZFS Product is unable to be upgraded to the required AK Firmware version, the original replacement part request (for the 'older' part number) will be placed on back order with an Undetermined Delivery commitment.
