LTFS-LE: Can't Remove A Tape Library From Configuration (Doc ID 2312344.1)

Symptoms

In the configuration phase, the customer configured the LTFS LE Server with a specific IP address.  In the LTFS BUI, the library was added and worked.

In the customer environment they had to reconfigure the server's IP address to a different ip address.

So they then needed to remove the Library in LTFS LE, but could not because the old ip address is no longer configured.

Changes

 Reconfigured the server's IP address to a different IP address.
