DSR RAR From PCRF Are Not Being Routed To The GGSN (Doc ID 2313249.1)

Goal

RAR in Gx are not being routed to the GGSN so we are not sure if the session binding is really being saved. We also made a test with Gy and the message is routed perfectly, the issue is just with Gx.
