E5MS 18.104.22.168.1 Problem To Access The Menu "Reporting Studio"

OCEEMS user cannot access to "Reporting studio" after OCEEMS is upgraded.
WHAT IS WORKING?
root OCEEMS user does not have issues to access "Reporting studio" but another user cannot connect to Reporting Studio via E5MS Graphical User Interface.
