Goal
BEFORE CONTINUING with the order for a replacement of 200GB SSD, 1.2TB HDD, 1.6TB SSD, please ENSURE you have READ and UNDERSTAND the information contained in this document.
Failure to ADHERE to this document WILL result in delays to Customer problem resolution.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The 200GB SSD (HUSMM1640ASS200 - Part numbers 7094120, 7094126 & 7309938) has very LIMITED AVAILABILITY, a replacement 200GB SSD will be provided.
Updating your software to the recommended version code will help to expedite part replacements. See Table below for recommended software versions needed.
