ACSLS - Drive Replaced But Cannot be Configured Using 'config drives' or 'config acs'

Symptoms
An LTO4 drive is replaced with a T10KD drive.
The drive is showing online on the SLConsole.
'config drives 1,3,1' is timing out and logging this message in acsss_event.log:
'query drive 1,3,1,13' is still showing the old drive type of "LTO-4" instead of "T1D"

Replaced an LTO4 drive with a T10KD drive.
