Goal

We've got a IPv6 peer node that is not receiving CEA responses to valid CER.

The Peer node is defined with a single IPv6 address. The received CER IP Source and Diameter IP-Host-Address match the peer node defined IPv6 address. The connection is defined to identify node based on IP address.

The Connection would not come up, the dsr trace.dat was logging entries like:

and the CER would be responded to with an ABRT from DSR MP.
