Goal
The purpose of this document is to give a general overview of sg3_utils and provide some examples to read and clear SCSI reservations with the sg_persist command.
For more information, see the man pages for each tool / command, ie:
- sg_persist - sends a SCSI PERSISTENT RESERVE (IN or OUT) command to manipulate registrations and reservations.
