In an installation using SGD 5.3 Patch Set Updates (PSU) 1 [April 2017],  users find that they often see the below pop-up error after they input username/password in the login page and click "Login".

java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException : Caught exception from SOAP method:serveroutpost-> init()


When the user clicks "OK" on the error pop-up, it spins at loading page. After users refresh the page by clicking the browser's Refresh or Reload, the user can login.
