Information in this document applies to any platform.
To illustrate minimum system requirements to support the Oracle Flash Accelerator F640 PCIe card in T7-x, S7-x, and T8-x systems. Customers with older versions of Oracle Flash drives that wish to upgrade to this latest version will be required to make these system updates.
The Oracle Flash Accelerator F320 PCIe Card and the Oracle 3.2 TB NVMe SSD (SFF) will EOL on M7/S7/T7 platforms effective 01/01/18.
Platforms will need to make these system updates to support replacement with the Oracle Flash Accelerator F640 PCIe Card.
Customers that are using the Oracle Flash Accelerator F640 PCIe Card (7115454) or are migrating from Oracle F320 Flash Cards (or earlier Flash drive versions) to the Oracle F640 Flash Card on SPARC T7-x, SPARC T8-x, and S7-x systems.
