Goal

Checking FC HBA port Tx and Rx Power Levels can help isolate FC connectivity issue to determine if port and/or sfp in the port has a issue or not.

This document only deals with FC HBA side but FC Switch port side Tx and Rx Power Levels should also be checked.

Request fc switch side data from customer as well.
