Symptoms

Infiniband switch becomes un-bootable. You will fail to ping or SSH to that switch even if no output from serial port when connecting Infiniband switch.

This un-bootable Infiniband switch is NO Link Lights and Fans are spinning full speed.

Changes

Upgrade IB switch firmware to 2.2.X from 2.1.X as part of PSU application, applying one-off Infiniband Patch (or) during IB Switch replacement when Field Engineer upgrades firmware on new replacement Switch.
