Symptoms
ACSLS is reporting an incorrect world wide name ( WWN ) for a T10KC tape drive. The drive's world wide name in ACSLS is not the same as its world wide name in the SLConsole.
A search of the drive ID in the acsss_event.log shows a "drive serial number changed" message after a library maintenance activity.
Running 'config drives' does not correctly update the world wide name field.
Changes
A change in the drive serial number triggered an update of the serial number and wwn fields of the drive's database record.
